ORDINANCE NO. 89-11-4341
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY
THE SUM OF $4,039.32 TO TILFORD AG. SALES INC. FOR MISCEL-
LANEOUS MATERIALS FOR THE LANDFILL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City Treasurer is hereby author-
ized to pay the sum of $4,039.32 to Tilford Ag. Sales, Inc.
for miscellaneous materials for the landfill.
SECTION 2. Account No. 10-500-425-710 shall be
charged with the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
