ORDINANCE NO. 89-11-4340
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF TWO NEW
VIDEO CAMERAS AND ACCOMPANYING VIDEO EQUIPMENT IN THE AMOUNT
OF $4,699.00 FROM CENTRAL PHOTO & VIDEO INC, FOR USE BY THE
POLICE DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT FOR SAME
WHEREAS, this purchase is being made as a non-
competitive negotiation under Section 26-21 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Paducah; and
WHEREAS, Central Photo & Video, Inc. is the sole
supplier in this area for this specialized video equipment.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer is authorized
to pay to Central Photo & Video, Inc. the sum of $4,669.00
for video equipment for use by the Police Department.
SECTION 2.
This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 10-500-210-257.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
