AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ARTICLE II 1/2, SPECIAL
PARK POLICE
FORCE, OF
CHAPTER
22,
PARKS AND RECREATION, OF
THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES
OF THE
CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. Article II 1/2, Special Park Police
Force, of Chapter 22, Parks and Recreation, of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby
repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
