ORDINANCE NO. 89-6-4269
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO
PAY QUALITY ELECTRIC SERVICE, INC. THE SUM OF $4,141.00 FOR
REPAIRS TO NOBLE PARK SWIMMING POOL PUMP
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be authorized
to pay to Quality Electric Service, Inc. the sum of
$4,141.00 for repairs to Noble Park swimming pool pump.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 10-500-610-525.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
