ORDINANCE NO. 89-6-4263
\ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-58, CIVIL SERVICE, OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 10-58, Police Department of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,'be amended and re- "y
ordained so that said section as amended and reordained shall hereafter
read as follows:
"Sec. 10-58. Police Department.
(a) There is hereby authorized and created the following
positions in the Police Department, and the salary of each position
that shall be paid upon satisfactory completion of consecutive years of
service, in this position, and upon recommendation of the City Manager:

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective retroactive
to June 12, 1989.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days
and published by title and a certified summary according to law.
