ORDINANCE NO. 89-6-4-259
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO
PAY RUDD EQUIPMENT COMPANY AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$6,500.00 FOR REPAIRS TO TEREX SCRAPER FORLANDFILL

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer is authorized
to pay to Rudd Equipment Company an amount not to exceed
$6,500.00 for repairs to Terex scraper for the landfill.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged.to
Account No. 10-500-425-309.
SECTION 3. In order to avoid further payment of
late charges, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and
this ordinance will become effective immediately with one
reading.
