ORDINANCE NO. 89-6-42&:�
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO
PAY WHAYNE SUPPLY COMPANY AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$5,800.00 FOR ENGINE REPAIRS TO END LOADER FOR THE REFUSE
DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: \'
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer is authorized
to pay to Whayne Supply Company an amount not to exceed
$5,800.00 for engine repairs to end loader for the Refuse
Department.
SECTION 2. This expendituree shall be charged to
Account No. 10-500-420-322.
SECTION 3. In order to avoid further payment of
late charges, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and
this ordinance will become effective immediately with one
reading.
