ORDINANCE NO. 89-6-4-25-6-
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO
PAY ASPHALT PAVING, INC. THE AMOUNT OF $7,708.25.00 FOR
EMERGENCY SEWER REPAIRS'
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer is authorized
to pay to Asphalt Paving, Inc. the amount of $7,708.25.00
for emergency sewer repairs at 12th and Caldwell Streets.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
the Sewer Depreciation and Extension Account.
SECTION 3. In order to avoid late charges on
this amount, an emergency is declared to exist and this
ordinance shall become effective immediately with one
reading.
