ORDINANCE NO. 89-5-4247
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND THE
PADUCAH-McCRACKEN COUNTY RIVERPORT
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah and the
Paducah -McCracken County Riverport entered into an Agreement
on August 3, 1986; and
amended.
WHEREAS, it is necessary that this Agreement be
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY.
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is authorized to
execute an Amendment to Agreement between the City of
Paducah and Paducah -McCracken County Riverport. Said
Amendment is attached hereto and incorporated herein as if
set out in full.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of LJ11
title and a certified summary thereof.
