AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO
AN AGREEMENT WITH DENTON & KEULER, A LAW FIRM, TO PROVIDE
11' LEGAL SERVICES TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH

BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to enter
into an agreement with Denton & Keuler to provide legal
services to the City of Paducah at a rate of $70.00 per hour
plus reimbursement of all reasonable legal costs and
expenses. The agreement shall be terminable upon 30 day
notice of either party.
SECTION 2. This agreement is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference herein as if set out in full.
SECTION 3. The City Manager is hereby authorized
to pay and satisfy all charges of legal services and legal
costs and expenses; all of which are to be paid on a monthly
basis upon invoice.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and certified summary thereof.
