ORDINANCE NO. 89-8-4287
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY
THE SUM OF $4,803.00 TO ASPHALT PAVING INC. FOR MISCEL-
LANEOUS SEWER CONSTRUCTION AND DRAINAGE PROJECTS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be authorized
to pay the sum of $4,803.00 to Asphalt Paving, Inc. for
miscellaneous sewer construction and drainage projects.
SECTION 2. The Sewer Depreciation and Extension
Account shall be charged with the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full .
