ORDINANCE NO. 89-8-4286
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CLOSING OF AN ALLEY
LOCATED WEST OF SOUTH 16TH STREET AND NORTH OF "A" STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah does hereby
authorized thelclosing of an alley located west of South
16th Street and north of "A" Street, and more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on South 16th Street, said
point being the north corner of an alley and
being the south corner of James L. McBride
property; thence in a southerly direction a
distance of 20.33 feet to a point in said alley;
thence in a westerly direction along the James L.
McBride property a distance of 277.67 feet to a
point in said alley; thence in a northerly
direction a distance of 20.33 feet to a point;
thence east a distance of 277.67 feet to the point
of beginning.
SECTION 2. That the Corporation Counsel of the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby authorized, empowered
and directed to
