ORDINANCE NO. 89-7-4276
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-56, CIVIL SERVICE, OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 10-56, Wastewater Treatment Depart-
ment, be, and it is hereby, amended and reordained so that said section
as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 10-56. Wastewater Treatment Department.
(a) There is hereby authorized and created the following
positions in the Wastewater Treatment Department, and the salary of
each position that shall be paid upon satisfactory completion of con-
secutive years of service, in this position, and upon recommendation of
the City Manager:
