ORDINANCE NO. 89-7-4274
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 IN THE AMOUNT OF $9,023.15
JONES FENCE COMPANY FOR LANDFILL FENCE
WHEREAS, the City entered into a contract with
Jones Fence Company for a landfill fence; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 is required in order
to reduce the original contract price.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to enter into Change Order No. 1 in the amount of
$9,02.3.15 with Jones Fence Company in order to reduce the
amount of the original contract. This Change Order is
attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set out in
full.
SECTION 2. The amount of the contract with
Jones Fence Company is amended to $22,679.30.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
