ORDINANCE NO. 89-7-4273
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,400.00
WITH WYATT CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR LANDFILL SCALE SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City entered into a contract with
Wyatt Construction. I
Company for a landfill scale system; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 in the amount of
$1,400.00 is required in order to pay for additional guard
posts around landfill scale office trailer.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to enter into Change Order No. 1 in the amount of
$1,400.00 with Wyatt Construction Company for additional
guard posts around landfill scale office trailer. This
Change Order is attached hereto and incorporated herein as
if set out in full.
SECTION 2. The amount of the contract with
Wyatt Construction Company is amended to $65,900.00.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
