AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO
PAY RADIO SHACK FRANCHISE THE SUM OF $3,267.70 FOR COMPUTER \j
EQUIPMENT FOR THE EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENT
�. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer is authorized
to pay to Radio Shack Franchise the sum of $3,267.70 for
computer equipment for the Emergency Communications
Department.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 10-500-215-523.
SECTION 3. In order to avoid payment of late
charges, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
ordinance will become effective immediately with one
reading.
