DITTMER FOR MOVING EXPENSES WHEREAS, the City Manager and R. T. Dittmer yl entered into an Employment Agreement on June 7, 1989. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer is authorized to advance the sum of $4,861.51 to R. T. Dittmer for moving expenses, in accordance with an Employment Agreement entered into between the City Manager and R. T. Dittmer on June 7, 1989. SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 10-500-190-408. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon publication in full . GERRY B.
