ORDINANCE NO. 89-6-4270
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO
PAY ASPHALT PAVING, INC. THE SUM OF $7,830.00 FOR CLEAN-UP
WORK AT NOBLE PARK FUNLAND
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be authorized
to pay to Asphalt Paving, Inc. the sum of $7,830.00 for
clean=up work at Noble Park Funland.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 10-500-610-525.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
