ORDINANCE NO. 89-8-4294
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 IN THE AMOUNT OF $8,837.00
WITH H & G CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR LANDFILL SEWER LINE
hRELOCATION AND LEACHATE COLLECTION SYSTEM
J WHEREAS, the City entered into a contract with
H & G Construction Company for landfill sewer line
relocation and leachate collection system; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 is required for
various additional work and materials not specified in the
original contract bid.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to enter into Change Order No. 1 in the amount of
$8,837.00 with H & G Construction Company for various
additional work and materials not specified in the original
contract bid for landfil sewer line relocation and leachate
collection system. This Change Order is attached hereto and
incorporated herein as if set out in full.
SECTION 2. The amount of the contract with
H & G Construction Company is amended to $151,775.75.00.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
