ORDINANCE NO. 89-8-4292
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY
THE SUM OF $5,297.50 TO ASPHALT PAVING INC. FOR MISCEL-
LANEOUS SEWER CONSTRUCTION AND DRAINAGE PROJECTS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City Treasurer is authorized to
pay the sum of $5,297.50 to Asphalt Paving Inc. for
miscellaneous sewer construction and drainage projects.
SECTION 2. The Sewer Depreciation Account shall.
be charged with the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. In order to avoid payment of late
charges, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
ordinance will become effective immediately with one
reading.
