ORDINANCE NO. 89-10-4328
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF TWO
McINTOSH SE/30 MODEL COMPUTERS WITH ACCESSORIES FROM APPLE
COMPUTER, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,364.00, FOR USE IN
GENERAL GOVERNMENT
WHEREAS, this equipment is available under State
Contract No. 189-0108, and competitive bidding is not
required.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah is authorized
to purchase two McIntosh SE/30 Model Computers with Harddisk
40 CPU and Apple Keyboards from Apple Computer, Inc. in the
amount of $6,364.00, for use in General Government.
SECTION 2. The purchase price for said equipment
shall be charged to Account No. 10-500-150-503.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
