ORDINANCE NO. 89-10-4320
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 89-4-4232
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah entered into a
contract with Land Design/Research, Inc. in the amount of
$25,000.00 by Ordinance No. 89-4-4232 on April 25, 1989; and -
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend this amount in
order to pay for additional professional services.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to
amend the contract with Land Design/Research, Inc. from the
amount of $25,000.00 to $28,335.00 for a concept plan on the
presently vacant property bounded by the Ohio River on the
east, then running west to 2nd Street, north to Jefferson
Street, west to 3rd Street, north along 3rd Street to Monroe
Street, east to 2nd Street, north along 2nd Street to
Madison Street, and then back to the river.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 10-500-190-421.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
