ORDINANCE NO. 89-9-4317
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND PROFESSIONAL. FIRE
FIGHTERS OF PADUCAH, LOCAL 168, INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF
\ FIRE FIGHTERS
y BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute an Agreement between the City of Paducah and Profes-
sional Fire Fighters of Paducah, Local 168, International
Association of Fire Fighters, a copy of which is attached
hereto and incorporated herein as if set out in full.
SECTION 2. This ordinance will be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
