ORDINANCE NO. 89-9-4315
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF KENNETH HOWLE
EXCAVATING IN THE AMOUNT OF $26,522.00 FOR DEMOLITION OF
CONDEMNED STRUCTURES IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the
bid of Kenneth Howle Excavating in the amount of $26,522.00
for demolition.of condemned structures in the City of
Paducah, as contained in the bid of Kenneth Howle Excavating
of August 7, 1989.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be authorized to
execute a contract with Kenneth Howle Excavation for
demolition of condemned structures in the City of Paducah,
authorized in Section 1 above, according to the
specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents
heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This purchase shall be charged to
Account No.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
