AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY
THE SUM OF $6,108.50 TO C.M. FONDAW FOR AIR CONDITIONER
COMPRESSOR AT JAYCEE CIVIC CENTER
C-` BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer is authorized
to pay the sum of $6,108.50 to C.M. Fondaw for air condi-
tioner compressor at Jaycee Civic Center
SECTION 2. Account Number 10-500-610-257 shall be
charged with the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
