ORDINANCE NO. 89-3-4218
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO
PAY ALLEN, RUNDLE & GOLIGHTLY, P.S.C. THE SUM OF $9,478.00
FOR A STUDY OF THE PADUCAH-MCCRACKEN COUNTY LANDFILL
OPERATION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be authorized
to pay to Allen, Rundle & Golightly, P.S.C., the sum of
$9,478.00 for a study of the Paducah -McCracken County
Landfill operation.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 10-500-425-710.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
