ORDINANCE NO. 89-3-4215
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF MCKINNEY &
CROFT IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,281.00 FOR REPAIRS TO FIRE
DEPARTMENT TRAINING CENTER ON NORTH SIXTH STREET, AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY SAME l�
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City accept the proposal of
McKinney & Croft in the amount of $6,281.00 for repairs to
Fire Department Training Center on North Sixth Street, and
authorizing the City Treasurer to pay same.
SECTION 2. Account No. 10-500-220-257 shall be
charged with the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full .
