ORDINANCE NO. 89-2-4207
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE STATEMENT OF GOALS AND
OBJECTIVES AND ALL OTHER ELEMENTS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF 1988, AS RECOMMENDED BY THE PADUCAH
PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Plan was adopted by the
City of Paducah in 1976; and
WHEREAS, the Paducah Planning Commission conducted
a thorough study and review of the City's Comprehensive
Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Paducah Planning Commission conducted
a public hearing on February 6, 1989; and
WHEREAS, the Paducah Planning Commission has
recommended to the Board of Commissioners that the Compre-
hensive Plan of the City of Paducah be amended.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
The City of Paducah hereby adopts the
Statement of Goals and Objectives and all other elements of
the City of Paducah Comprehensive Plan of 1988, as recom-
mended by the Paducah Planning Commission, which is attached
hereto and incorporated herein as if set out in full, and as
appears in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of
Paducah, and as received and filed by the City Commission on
February 14, 1989.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
