ORDINANCE NO. 89-2-4203
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO
PAY MULTI-USER SYSTEMS INDEPENDENT CONSULTANTS THE AMOUNT
OF $4,266.00 FOR COMPUTER PROGRAMMING SERVICES FOR THE
INSPECTION DEPARTMENT
4 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be authorized
to pay to Multi -User Systems Independent Consultants the
amount of $4,266.00 for computer programming services for
the Inspection Department.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 10-500-240-503.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
