ORDINANCE NO. 89-2-4202
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO
PAY McCOY & MCCOY LABORATORIES, INC. A SUM NOT TO EXCEED
$6,000.00 FOR MONTHLY BIOLOGICAL MONITORING OF WATER AT THE
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
BE.IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be authorized
to pay to McCoy & McCoy Laboratories, Inc. a sum not to
exceed $6,000.00 -for monthly biological monitoring of water
at the Wastewater Treatment Plant to ensure effective water
treatment process.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 10-500-410-105.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
