ORDINANCE NO. 91-12-4707
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF A PORTION OF
SOUTH 23RD STREET TO OTIS DINNING DRIVE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the name of a portion of South
23rd Street in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be changed to
Otis Dinning Drive; said portion of South 23rd Street being
renamed is described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the south right-
of-way of Broadway and ending at Polk Street
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
