ORDINANCE NO. 91-12-4705
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
STATE -LOCAL DISASTER ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE COMMONWEALTH
OF KENTUCKY FOR A HAZARD MITIGATION PROGRAM GRANT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
a State -Local Disaster Assistance Agreement with the Common-
wealth of Kentucky for a Hazard Mitigation Program Grant in the
amount of $7,500.00. This Agreement is attached here and
incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary publi-
cation pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
