AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AMENDED SEWER AGREEMENT WITH THEODORE HERPEL AND HIS WIFE, MARY
AGNES HERPEL, FOR STINESPRING ESTATES SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, on March 12, 1991, the parties entered into
a sewer agreement regarding the City's annexation of the Herpel
sanitation sewage connector line which would provide sanitation
sewage services to the Herpel property; and
WHEREAS, by reason of a change of circumstances, the
parties do now mutually desire to amend this sewer agreement.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
an Amended Sewer Agreement with Theodore Herpel and his wife,
Mary Agnes Herpel for Stinespring Estates Subdivision. This
Agreement is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as
_if set out in its entirety.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
