AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF CHESTER POOL
SYSTEMS INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $108,720.00 FOR PURCHASE AND
INSTALLATION OF WADING POOL, WATER SLIDE AND RELATED EQUIPMENT
AT NOBLE PARK POOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT FOR SAME
�y BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City Of Paducah accepts the bid of
Chester Pool Systems Inc. in the total amount of $108,720.00
for the following equipment to be installed at Noble Park pool,
Total Wading Pool $46,825.00
Water Slide 31,625.00
Deck Equipment 17,270.00
Raindrop 13,000.00
Said bid being in substantial compliance with the bid
specifications and advertisement for bids, and as contained in
the bid of Chester Pools Inc. of May 7, 1992.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
a contract with Chester Pool Systems Inc. for the purchase and
installation of a wading pool, water slide and related
equipment at Noble Park Pool, as set out in Section 1 above,
according to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract
documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
the KLC Bond Pool Account.
SECTION 4. In order to complete pool construction
for the 1992 swimming season, an emergency is hereby declared
to exist and this ordinance will become effective immediately
with one reading.
