AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF REAL
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6TH AND BOYD STREETS FROM URBAN RENEWAL AND
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The transfer of real property located at
6th and Boyd Streets from Urban Renewal and Community
Development Agency to the City of Paducah is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The Corporation Counsel is hereby
authorized to prepare a Quitclaim Deed for the above-described
real property, and the Mayor is authorized to execute said deed
and any other documents necessary for the transfer of said
property.
SECTION 3. This ordinance will be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
