AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE KENTUCKY
TRANSPORTATION CABINET, DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS, REGARDING
TRAFFIC AND SAFETY REGULATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION ON U.S. HIGHWAY
60
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute an Agreement with the
Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Department of Highways,
regarding traffic and safety regulations for construction of an
additional lane on U.S. Highway 60. This Agreement is attached
hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully set out
herein.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
