AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE KENTUCKY
TRANSPORTATION CABINET, DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS, REGARDING
TRAFFIC AND SAFETY REGULATIONS FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF HUSBANDS
ROAD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute an Agreement with the
Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Department of Highways,
regarding traffic and safety regulations for reconstruction of
Husbands Road from I-24 to the intersection of Wayne Sullivan
Drive and Irvin Cobb Drive (U.S. 60). This Agreement is
attached hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully set
out herein.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 42 .
