AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 IN THE AMOUNT OF $21,526.40
WITH WAHL'S EXCAVATING FOR U.S. 60 SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION
WHEREAS, the City entered into a contract with
Wahl's Excavating for U.S. 60 sanitary sewer extension; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 is required to adjust
quantities for the final pay estimate which will decrease
the contract amount,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to enter into Change Order No. 1 with Wahl's
Excavating for miscellaneous deletions and substitutions
which will decrease the contract amount by $21,526.40.
This Change Order is attached hereto and incorporated by
reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. The amount of the contract with
Wahl's Excavating is amended to $220,487.60.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
