ORDINANCE NO. 92-7-4791
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT RENEWAL BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND WAHL'S
EXCAVATING AND UNDERGROUND FOR VARIOUS EQUIPMENT RENTAL
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 91-8-4654, adopted by the City
of Paducah on August 13, 1991, authorized the execution of a
contract between the City of Paducah and Wahl's Excavating and
Underground for a period of one (1) year; and
WHEREAS, the bid specifications contained a provision
providing for the renewal of said contract for a period of one
year; and
WHEREAS, this contract was executed on September 4,
1991.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
a contract renewal for a period of one (1) year with Wahl's
Excavating and Underground for rental of the following
equipment:
Tractor Scraper $95.00
Dump Truck Tandem 40.00
Excavator 70.00
Backhoe 42.50
Track Loader 54.00
Motor Grader 60.00
Pneumatic Roller 42.50
Dozer 45.00

Dozer (large) 72.50
SECTION 2. The purchase price for said rental
equipment shall be charged to the following accounts:
Sewer Depreciation & Ext. 55-33-05-415
Floodwall 01-33-08-278
Sewer Collection 55-33-02-278
Parks 01-24-02-278
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
