ORDINANCE NO. 92-7-4788
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
QUITCLAIM DEED CONVEYING REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 918 NORTH
10TH STREET, OWNED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH
WHEREAS, the City approved sale of this property by
ordinance dated September 91 1969, of record in Ordinance Book
No. 26, page 363, in the office of the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, there is no deed of record conveying this
real estate to the purchasers.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The conveyance of real property to Gladys
I. Wise and Florence E. Wise, located at 918 North 10th Street,
Jis hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The Corporation Counsel is hereby
authorized to prepare a Quitclaim Deed for the above-described
real property, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
said deed and any other documents necessary for the conveyance
of said property.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
