ORDINANCE NO. 92-6-4781
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
EAFOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH GRW ENGINEERS, INC.,
A STUDY OF THE COMBINED SEWER OVERFLOW SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah wishes to conduct an
engineering study of its combined sewer system to address the
requirements of the Kentucky Division of Water; and
WHEREAS, GRW Engineers, Inc. has on its staff the

required experienced personnel to provide the necessary
professional engineering services associated with this project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
an Engineering Services Agreement with GRW Engineers, Inc. for
a study of the combined sewer overflow system. This Agreement
is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully
set out herein.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
