AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL UNT FOF75N7A-
STRUCTURE MANAGEMENT SERVICES IN THE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
50-00
FOR PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES, AND
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City
accepts the proposal of
Infrastructure Management Services in the amount of
$75,750.00 for pavement management services for existing
roadway networks.
SECTION`I..2. The Mayor is authorized to execute a
contract with Infrastructure Management Services for
services authorized in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 03-22-14-258.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
