ORDINANCE NO. 92-5-4771
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE CHANGE ORDERS NO. 1 AND 2 IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF
$173.90 WITH JOE HOWARD CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR RENOVATIONS
AT FIRE STATION NO. 1
WHEREAS, the City entered into a contract with
Joe Howard Construction Company for renovations at Fire
Station No. 1; and
WHEREAS, Change Orders No. 1 and 2 in the total
amount of $173.90 are required for various adjustments to
the contract.
J BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to enter into Change Orders No. 1 and 2 in the
total amount of $172.90 with Joe Howard Construction Company
for development and renovations at Fire Station No. I.
SECTION 2. The amount of the contract with
Joe Howard Construction Company is amended to $15,650.90.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 01-18-01-415.
SECTION 3. This ordinance will be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
Publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 4.
