ORDINANCE NO. 92-4-4752
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE DEDICATION OF AN
ALLEY LOCATED BETWEEN SOUTH FOURTH STREET AND SOUTH FIFTH
STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah does hereby
authorize the dedication of an alley located between South
4th Street and South 5th Street, and more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the east right-of-way line
of South Fifth Street, said point being located in
a southerly direction and 158.35 feet from the
southwest intersection of the right-of-way lines
of South Fifth Street and Broadway; thence in an
easterly direction a distance of 24.0 feet to
a point; thence with an interior angle of 90
degrees 00 minutes and in a southerly direction
14.90 feet to a point; thence with an interior
angle of 90 degrees 00 minutes and in a westerly
direction 24.0 feet to a point in the east
right-of-way line of South Fifth Street; thence
with an interior angle of 90 degrees 00 minutes
and in a northerly direction and along the east
right-of-way line of South Fifth Street 14.90 feet
to -the point of beginning. The first and last
call in the above description makes an interior
angle of 90 degrees 00 minutes. Said tract
containing 357.60 square feet. Reference is
hereby made to plat of record in Plat Book "H",
page 247, in the McCracken County Clerk's Office.
Reference is also hereby made to survey by Jack �lJ
Gray and Associates, registered land surveyors for
the State of Kentucky, dated September, 1979.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 4 .
