ORDINANCE NO. 92-4-4749
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE URBAN RENEWAL PLAN FOR
THE SOUTH 4TH STREET PHASE II NEIGHBORHOOD RENEWAL PROJECT,
AS RECOMMENDED BY THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Paducah Planning Commission conducted
a thorough study and review of the Urban Renewal Plan for
the South 4th Street Neighborhood Renewal Project Area; and
WHEREAS, the Paducah Planning Commission conducted
a public hearing on December 18, 1989; and
WHEREAS, the Paducah Planning Commission deter-
mined that the Urban Renewal Plan conforms to the local
plans as adopted by the locality and as required by Kentucky
Revised Statutes 99.370; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Paducah adopted the Urban Renewal Plan for the South 4th
Street Neighborhood Renewal Project on January 23, 1990 by
Ordinance No. 90-1-4367; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners has approved
the Urban Renewal Plan for the South 4th Street Phase II
Neighborhood Renewal Project in all respects.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby adopts the
Urban Renewal Plan for the South 4th Street Phase II
Neighborhood Renewal Project, as recommended by Resolution
of the Paducah Planning Commission adopted on March 16,-
1992, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as if
set out in full, and as appears in the Office of the City
Clerk of the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two -
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 474.
