ORDINANCE NO. 92-4-4748
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE A DEED OF EASEMENT GRANTING A PERMANENT,
PERPETUAL EASEMENT UNTO THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY FOR THE
USE AND BENEFIT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A PROPOSED PUBLIC ROAD, GENERALLY KNOWN AS
THE HUSBAND ROAD PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City are hereby
authorized to execute a Deed of Easement granting a
permanent and perpetual easement to the Commonwealth of
Kentucky for the use and benefit of the Department of
Highways for Parcel No. 4, more particularly described in
the Deed of Easement which is attached hereto and is +J
designated on plans and specifications for the construction
of said proposed public roadway, generally known as the
Husband Road Project, which are on file in the office of
the Department of Highways in Frankfort, Kentucky 40622 under
the terms and conditions as are deemed necessary and
appropriate by the City Engineer.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chap4GERR
