ORDINANCE NO. 92-4-4744
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF K & K NURSERY AND
LANDSCAPING IN THE AMOUNT OF $29,905.45 FOR DOWNTOWN
REDEVELOPMENT LANDSCAPING -PHASE III, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the bid of
K & K Nursery and Landscaping in the amount of $29,905.45 for
Downtown Redevelopment Landscaping -Phase III, said bid being in
substantial compliance with the bid specifications and
advertisement for bids, and as contained in the bid of K & K
Nursery and Landscaping of April 3, 1992.
JSECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
a contract with K & K Nursery and Landscaping for downtown
redevelopment landscaping as set out in Section 1 above,
according to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract
documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 01-88-27-464.
SECTION 4. In order to conclude spring planting
by June 1, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
ordinance will become effective i;GER
