ORDINANCE NO. 92-3-4378
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF RANDALL
RAMAGE IN THE AMOUNT OF $16,010.00 FOR SEEDING THE CITY'S
PORTION OF THE PADUCAH LANDFILL, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby accepts the
proposal of Randall Ramage in the amount of $16,010.00 for
seeding the City's portion of the Paducah landfill,
said proposal being in substantial compliance with the
specifications as contained in the proposal of Randall
Ramage of March 12, 1992.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute a contract with Randall Ramage for seeding the
landfill, authorized in Section 1 above, according to the
specifications, proposal and all contract documents
heretofore approved and incorporated in the proposal.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 50-22-13-258.
SECTION 4. In order to comply with the Kentucky
Agriculture Extension Service recommendation for completion
of landfill seeding prior to April 15, an emergency is
hereby declared to exist and this ordinance will become
effective with one reading.
