ORDINANCE NO. 92-2-4731
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF FOUR (4)
PIECES OF SURVEILLANCE EQUIPMENT FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT
FROM AUDIO INTELLIGENCE DEVICES IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,795.00,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
WHEREAS, this purcnase is Bwj.119 i -a— a ••-••
competitive negotiation under Section 26-21 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Paducah; and
WHEREAS, Audio Intelligence Devices is the sole
supplier in this area of this type equipment.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City Treasurer is hereby
authorized to pay to Audio Intelligence Devices the sum of
$10,795.00 for four (4) pieces of surveillance equipment for
use by the Police Department.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. HUD 14-16-11-431.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
