HomeMy WebLinkAbout92-2-4726424 ORDINANCE NO. 92-2-4726 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE CHANGE ORDERS NO. 1 AND 2 IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $44,752.88 WITH A & K CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR DEVELOPMENT AND RENOVATIONS OF E-911 AND ANNEX OFFICES AT 500 CLARK STREET WHEREAS, the City entered into a contract with A & K Construction Company for E-911 renovations at City Hall Annex; and WHEREAS, Change Orders No. 1 and 2 in the total amount of $44,752.88 are required for various additions to the contract. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to enter into Change Orders No. 1 and 2 in the total amount of $44,752.88 with A & K Construction Company for development and renovations of E-911 and Annex offices at 500 Clark Street. SECTION 2. The amount of the contract with A & K Construction Company is amended to $156,952.88. SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 01-88-27-483. SECTION 3. This ordinance will be read on two separate days and will become effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof. GER B.
